The issue has been resolved and we are monitoring the situation. New replacement routers will be arriving next week and we are preparing for the replacement of the current ones.

The primary issue for our TCAM FIB exception states have been identified. If you are still experiencing any issues, please contact us through a ticket. New routers are on order and will be arriving Monday or Tuesday next week. To release the TCAM Exception the router will be power cycled later tonight. Customers should not be affected by this.

We are currently experiencing some packet loss through our edge1 router due to an exception in the TCAM FIB which causes it to fail over to software instead of hardware. Our team are working to resolve the issue.

Router edge1 is being power cycled now. The following subnets will be affected by the reboot: 185.125.168-169/24, 185.125.171.0/24. Any other subnet should be unaffected.

The affected router will be power cycled around 22:00 CET (GMT+1) tonight. New hardware is on it's way and the router(s) will be replaced as soon as it arrives.
