The router has completed reloading and the issue has been resolved.
We have implemented a fix and will now proceed with reloading the affected router. Customers on redundant paths should not experience any outage.
We are currently aware of an issue with sfjedge2-dc2. The issue is an TCAM Exception in the IPv4 routing table. We will perform an adjustment to the table to mitigate this issue later tonight between 00:00 and 02:00 GMT+2.
